Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Paid subscriptions are not currently available for purchase through the Kidder Parent App or website. This page explains that current status without promising purchase, trial, cancellation, or refund terms that are not yet available.

1. Current purchase status
The website displays planned Standard and Premium prices for comparison. Signup and payment are not currently available, and these prices do not create an offer, activate a subscription, or charge a user.
- Standard: $14.99 USD per month or $149.99 USD per year.
- Premium: $19.99 USD per month or $199.99 USD per year.
2. Information required before a purchase
Before a paid purchase becomes available, the purchase screen will need to identify the product, price, currency, billing period, renewal behavior, taxes where applicable, trial terms if any, cancellation method, refund channel, and when access ends. Those purchase terms are not currently offered.
3. Purchases through Google Play
Kidder does not currently offer a paid subscription through the Parent App. If Google Play purchases are introduced, Google Play would process payment under the terms shown at purchase, and subscription management or eligible refund requests would use the applicable Google Play account and tools, subject to law and the displayed terms.
4. Purchases through the website
Kidder does not currently accept website payments. If website purchases are introduced, the checkout and this policy will identify the payment provider, merchant, currency, recurring or fixed term, cancellation method, refund process, taxes, and when access begins or ends.
5. Trials and renewal
No public trial, automatic renewal, grace period, account hold, or resubscription terms are currently offered. Kidder will not present those options until the applicable terms are available before enrollment.
6. Cancellation
The effective timing of cancellation and the point at which paid entitlements end are not yet defined. A future policy must distinguish cancellation from deletion of the Kidder account and must describe purchase-channel controls without imposing unnecessary friction.
7. Refunds
No general refund window, automatic eligibility rule, regional exception, or chargeback process is approved. Future refund handling must follow the purchase channel, displayed purchase terms, and any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
8. Plan changes and support
Quarterly, lifetime, family-sharing, and other plan structures are not currently offered. Any future price or access change will be communicated as required by the purchase channel and applicable law. A monitored billing and support contact will be required before paid subscriptions become available.
