Kidder legal information
Kidder Cookie Policy
This policy describes the current Kidder marketing website. The website does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, or advertising analytics.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small values a website can store through a browser. Similar storage can include local or session storage. Their legal treatment depends on purpose, duration, and the visitor’s location.
2. Current website use
The public marketing pages do not include advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or equivalent analytics tools. No public form submission or payment flow is currently enabled.
The website may use essential session, security, routing, load-balancing, or anti-abuse cookies when needed to deliver a requested page or secure an interactive feature. Current cookie use should be checked whenever hosting or interactive features change.
3. Essential technologies
Strictly necessary cookies may be used to maintain security, route requests, preserve a session, or remember a choice required to provide a feature. These technologies should not be used for advertising or unrelated profiling.
4. Non-essential analytics and advertising
Kidder does not currently represent that non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are active. If analytics, advertising, experimentation, or persistent preference technologies are introduced, the website must update this policy and implement any notice or consent controls required before activation.
5. Third-party embeds
The public pages do not currently include an active third-party video or social-media embed. If an embed is introduced, its provider, purpose, data flow, and cookie behavior will need to be reviewed. Ordinary links to another website do not by themselves place that provider’s cookies on the Kidder page.
6. Browser choices
Browsers provide controls for viewing, blocking, or deleting cookies. Blocking essential storage may affect future account or interactive features. Kidder should not display a nonfunctional consent banner or imply that visitors can exercise a preference the website does not actually honor.
7. Changes
This policy will be reviewed whenever analytics, advertising, embedded media, forms, accounts, payments, or consent controls change. Questions may be sent to the privacy contact below.
